Started watching the new season of Monster, which if you don’t know… it’s about the Plainfield Butcher, Ed Gein.

A couple years ago I had the opportunity to film a paranormal documentary where we attempted to communicate with his victims, the graves he robbed, his mother Augusta, and Ed himself.

In the process, I was able to hold one of the knives he used in his mutilations. This very surreal experience all caught on camera.

Ten years ago today, I was sitting in my sophomore geometry class, staring at my notebook, wondering if I had it in me to start over. My first channel, Fear Reality, had fallen apart after a fight, and most of us went our separate ways.

But deep down, I knew I wasn’t done. I still had that pull, that need to keep chasing the unknown. I wanted to rebrand, start fresh, and build something different. From the ashes of Fear Reality, Blood Moon Paranormal was born. I came up with the name right there in class, did my research, and realized no one was using it yet. The second I got home, I set up everything… ready to take this journey alone.

But something unexpected happened. What started as a solo project slowly brought the original Fear Reality crew back together. Blood Moon became the glue that rebuilt what was broken. Over the past decade, we’ve added new faces along the way — each person contributing their own energy, their own personality, and shaping what Blood Moon Paranormal has become today.

We’re not the biggest channel out there, but I know we’ve created something special. And we wouldn’t be here without you.

As mentioned last week, we’re closing in on a year since the release of Project Limestone. Which means it’s been over 2 years since the unjust firing of 13 wrongfully accused employees & volunteers.

This articles talks about a scene that occurred at the Joliet City Council meeting just on Tuesday. The fight to have the ban on these individuals lifted continues & is far from over.

Christine Johnson, who has been banned from the Old Joliet Prison by the Joliet Area Historical Museum, addressed the Joliet City Council.
