All four cases are decent payouts in restitution, and very strong cases against the defendants. In total, the minimum restitution the court can mandate between them all is about 1 million dollars. I am pushing for about a half million in each case though, so It's very likely, I and Game Master will get more than the minimum. The first Iowa Central Case, will likely not see court, and will be defaulted to me within 1-2 months with a summary judgment in my favor. Three of these cases not only affected me directly as a private citizen, but also this company, in credentials that would have lead to client retention, and sale increases.

I will keep the supporters of this company updated at every turn and step in each case.

Federal Lawsuit Update on Iowa Central Community College

The 200 page, 15 federal law violations case is almost finished and will be sent out this Wednesday. Tomorrow is a holiday, and no post, and with 9 hours last week, and 7 hours today, working on the case, and the evidence, Private investigation, and paralegal investigation, and all the affidavits, summons, and misc documents that had to be filled out, the case is almost finished and ready to be filed. I have a few things to do tomorrow, and Wednesday morning, before finalizing it and mailing it to the Federal Courthouse.

Defendants will have 21 days to reply or file a motion, which likely either won't happen or will be insufficient for the court, considering the mountainous evidence against them, and the fact that a great portion of the case is for violating my due process rights...a matter they could and should have presented a basis for to begin with, yet has now been 6 whole weeks, with nothing from them, and no reasoning for their actions, so this tells me they also either won't have a reply for the court filings, and the court will most likely render a default judgment against the in my favor, without even having to go to trial or hearings for it.

After we send that out this Wednesday, we'll also begin the paperwork on the second lawsuit against them, which is a separate incident that happened after the first one, and is also very serious. I will make a detailed post and video of that matter probably next week. While we get these two cases completed and filed for court, as we wait for the other two matters against (1) Pokemon Company International and (2) Trevor Satern of the Fort Dodge Police Department, Fort Dodge PD, and the City of Fort Dodge to run out of their 30 days to settle before we file those as well.

Update on Federal Lawsuit against Pokemon Company International.

Defendant has been served, and has 30 days to comply before we file that federal lawsuit. FedEx Tracking shows delivery of the legal documents to defendant, and we've also sent email versions. Remedies are now exhausted once their 30 days is up, leaving us ripe to file the Federal Lawsuit.

Federal Lawsuit against Trevor Satern of the Fort Dodge Police Department, Fort Dodge PD, and the City of Fort Dodge.

I was falsely arrested. They have been served notice of intent to sue in federal court, with demands. They were served last week. While less related to Game Master as the other three federal lawsuits we have going, and more related to my private person, it is a very strong case, and a decent amount of restitution on the table. This was over an incident earlier this year.

On 01/31/2025, I was arrested by Trevor Satern of the Fort Dodge Police Department, with 4 other officers on site at the time.

I was charged with "Disorderly Conduct" by Trevor Satern, arrested, and booked in the Webster County jail.

The complaint and affidavit Trevor Satern wrote, says:
" On 1/31/25 at 1413 hours, I Officer Satern 2186 while on routine uniform patrol was dispatched to 106 N 10th St apt 101 for a reported man with a knife. Upon arrival witnesses stated that a male who was identified as Kyle Owens had pushed a male and displayed an opened pocket knife, red in color. Witnesses described Owens acting in a violent and fighting behavior as he aggressively charged towards the same male. Owens did have a knife matching that description on his persons and was seized."

I had advised the officers multiple times to get the security camera footage, and that the neighbor had falsified her report, that I in fact never did charge anyone or come at anyone during the incident. The officers refused multiple times to get the camera footage, and unlawfully arrested me.

During the incident, I had told the officers multiple times I was attacked by the individual, where came at me with a large wrench and threatened my safety, and had been in my face threatening me, and spitting in my face, which is when I had pushed the worker, and then I was charged by him and his co-worker with intent to do me harm, and that is when I displayed a blade in self-defense. This whole incident arose after catching the worker messing with my mailbox, after a series of mail thefts from my property and mailbox, where I confronted him, and he became aggressive, leading to the incident.

The officers refused to secure the camera footage or properly investigate the matter before arresting and charging me. I was arrested under reasonable suspicion.

In the sworn affidavit of the officer, he clearly uses "opened pocket knife" as the basis and substance for arresting me, and the conclusion for reasonable suspicion as " Owens did have a knife matching that description on his persons and was seized."

This is a direct infringement upon my second amendment, which governs protections of bearing arms, including single-shot fire-arms, swords, daggers, and knives.The blade I had was legal length when exposed as well.

The arresting officer, and four other Fort Dodge officers, refused to properly investigate the matter by securing camera footage of the incident. Deliberately disregarded their police academy training as sworn officer oats in upholding the United States Constitution, including in the context over state law. The other officers on duty did not intervene or prevent the incident (arrest) nor the bases and substance for the probable cause (brandishing a blade). The Fort Dodge police department did not properly train or advise its officers in relation to constitutionality, especially when at adversity with premeditated context of state law enforcement and protocol.

I'm claiming half a million if they don't settle in 30 days at 1/4th.

I have went through many USB branded controllers, many of which don't support a rumble pak, and so I tried to use original N64 hardware on Project 64 over the years, and have went through several USB N64 adapters that did not support force feedbck. I finally dished out over $90 for a Raphet adapter to use a real N64 controller and Rumble Pak, just to get a 100% authentic experience through Project 64. The Raphnet adapter I purchased, I had to buy from a private seller, because Raphnet no longer makes them, and I could't find another manufacturer that made adapters actually supporting rumble on real N64 hardware. I purchased the last N64 Raphnet adapter I could find anywhere online.

So this controller here, is one of the cheapest on the internet, that will provide you Rumble and real authentic N64 experience on both Swith and Roms and emulators. Something you can't get in adapters, unless you want to spend almost $100 like I did.

This is the best, most cheapest device, that will give you the 100% real authentic 90s N64 gaming experience, and we are one of a few sellers who actually have them, and one of two sellers selling them this low!

1. Yes, this has rumble! The rumble works with both Nintendo Switch and on Project64 (roms and emulators)! The wireless connectivity has force feedback over wireless connection to the Nintendo Switch! A USB port from the dock is needed to insert the dongle. I have always used mine with the dongle when playing Nintendo Switch, so I do not know if it works without the dongle on Switch. When using on PC with like Project64, you will need to use a direct USB Type C cable from the controller to your computer, for direct connection, in order for the controls and forcefeedback to work, as the dongle is only for Nintendo Switch. I use a super long USB 1.0 cable that cost $1 from a gas station, and it works fine that way for me. I have never had any issues with this controller and Project64.

2. Yes, this controller is compatible with MAC, and also an original Nintendo 64, provided you purchase a separate N64 dongle. Please note we don't currently carry those separate dongles, but are planning to get them in. Those separate dongles have a memory card slot also, so use of both ruble pak and memory card can be used simultaneously. It is possible to use use this with Android based games on a cell phone, although layover and conversion app programs are needed, and also a USB C to USB C direct cable in most cases. We take no liability in non-functioning of this device for Android compatibility, due to layers of technical know-how on the part of the user.

3. Yes, these are actual N64 sized. They are not smaller or larger than a normal Nintendo 64 Controller. I have personally measured them to a real N64 controller to make sure!

4. The joystick on the controller is very much like a real N64 or even the innext brand USB N64 Controllers, meaning they are not too bulging or rigid like cheap generic USB N64 controllers that make the thumb sore after hours of playing.
