Today is Juneteenth — a day to honor, reflect, and give thanks.

At Arkansas Black Vitality, we stand in deep gratitude for our ancestors—those who endured the unimaginable and still carried the vision of freedom.

Juneteenth reminds us:
🖤 Of the pain that shaped us
🖤 Of the strength that sustained us
🖤 Of the freedom that every soul deserves

We celebrate today not only with joy, but with remembrance. Our freedom was hard-won, and we honor that legacy by continuing to uplift Black voices, health, history, and power.

We also encourage you to join our friends at the Mosaic Templars Cultural Center as they host a full weekend of Juneteenth events that center culture, community, and celebration.

Take a moment to say thank you to those who came before us.
Because of them, we rise.
