If anyone is interested, I spotted this digital TV converter & DVR in the clearance aisle at Jonesville Walmart! Most cable or dish boxes now have the capability to record shows, but I guess this would be good for someone who has neither cable nor dish and just wants to try to pick up some digital channels over the antenna!

What 2025 looks like through a cheap, 20 year-old digital camcorder from 2005! I thought it would be fun to film something 20 years later on my VCamNow camcorder by Tiger Electronics that I bought at Walmart when I was younger. Very low video quality and framerate here, but that was the point in doing it. I hope you enjoy this little piece of nostalgia!

If you've accidentally deleted photos or videos from a memory card, USB flash drive, or other device like a smartphone that you wanted to keep, I may be able to help you recover the files! The important thing is to stop using the device once you realize you've lost something that you wanted to keep, though. Continuing to save new files or delete files can make a successful recovery of the lost files less likely. Send me a message if you've lost something important to you and I can try my best to get it back with my recovery software!

I just bought this little printer to cut down on having to write tape labels by hand. It's operated via smartphone app and prints really fast! No ink to deal with either!

Yeah… that’s what I said too.

But honestly? It’s been one of the best things we’ve done for our kids!

I started thrifting old VHS tapes a little over a year ago. The grainy picture, the fuzzy sound, the chunky cases that take up half a shelf and something weird happened… my kids changed.

No arguing over what to pick, no autoplay sucking them into another show, no overstimulation. When it ends, it ENDS.

It’s calmer. Simpler. Quieter.
And I think they needed that.

We’ve gotten so used to things being instant and endless, but maybe a little rewind was exactly what we needed.

So yeah, the quality’s worse, and I have to actually rewind things like it’s 1998…
but the peace it’s brought? Worth every fuzzy frame. 💛📼

This VHS footage is courtesy of someone who prefers to remain unnamed, but I'm happy that I was granted permission to upload it for all to see! Even though the date seen in this footage is October 15, October 23 is what was written on the tape label. I assume October 23 is the correct date.

The first person to bring me a collection of 8mm or Super 8 film reels to digitize, I will digitize one of the reels for free if you're willing to allow a short bit of footage from the reel to be uploaded to my page as sample footage to demonstrate the quality capability of my digitizing machine. I still haven't had the opportunity to use the machine yet, but I'm ready to put it to work! Send me a message!

Pricing for 8mm and Super 8 film digitization. These prices are based on the amount of time and effort put into the process to give you the best transfer possible. Digitizing 8mm film can be tedious and time-consuming, depending on the condition of the film.

Note: If you have Super 8 film that includes sound, my digitizing machine isn't capable of capturing audio. Only video.
