Woke up too early, especially considering the time change. Woke up distressed after a dream. Woke up nauseated, probably from the anxiety of the dream. Time for tea instead of coffee. I love Earl Grey! Do you enjoy tea? How do you take it? I don’t like milk or cream, though I grew up drinking Liptons with milk and sugar. As I got older it was Lemon Lift or Earl Grey, sugar only. Now I like a variety of teas and prefer stevia. This morning I have Earl Grey and stevia.
