Negotiations are typically the most challenging part of being a creator which is why a lot of creators will have a manager to help advocate for them! *shameless plug*
But if you’re constantly getting low ball offers, don’t accept them just because you’re happy to be getting anything. Make sure you’re aware of the industry average and also understand your own metrics when negotiating.
This helps with understanding your baseline rate, this does not include what you charge for time spent or resources if necessary and prevents you from just throwing out random numbers.
