Gary Stewart put his whole heart and soul into his music.

I’ve said it a thousand times… that Gary deserves to be in the Country Music Hall of Fame. But you know what? The people who have been inducted into the HOF deserve Gary being in as well. If I were inducted tomorrow, I think I’d be a little disappointed knowing that Gary Stewart isn’t in there. Or Johnny Paycheck. Or Johnny Horton and so on. It’s not these great artists who lose credibility by not being in the HOF, it’s the Country Music Hall of Fame that loses credibility by not having them.

We NEED a mass induction year. Let’s catch up and get these great artists in their rightful places.
