It takes as long as it needs to.

For some, years, for some months-everyone is different, every journey unique.

Just a little throwback that’s not that long ago!
Charlotte is now wrapped and her movie The Breadwinner will be out March 13, 2026!

It’s going to be hilarious!
We are beyond excited to be able to announce Charlotte’s next BIG adventure!!! We are still pinching ourselves. Thankful for this journey and all the lessons learned along the way. This year we have learned that “What is meant to be will find a way”! 💫

Pandy is our FAVORITE because he is voiced by our Logan Bailey-songs and all!

Waiting for Fame
In a creative career, waiting for fame to hit is like waiting for rain in a drought.
It keeps us squinting toward the horizon, jealous of our luckier neighbors and dissatisfied with our own condition.
Our culture invites us to think of art in terms of product, and one of the by-products of the “product” we produce is, sometimes, fame.
Fame is different from recognition for a job well done.
Fame is like empty calories– there’s no nutrition in it.
Our culture encourages an addiction to fame.
Fame is marked as a cure-all.
We are taught by the media to believe that once we are famous, our lives will be blessed.
A quick glimpse at the tabloids is all that is required to disabuse us of this notion.
Clearly, the rich and famous are beset by human woes as much as we are, and added to those woes are the woes of being rich and famous.
When we are focused on fame instead of on our work, we begin to ask the wrong questions. “Will this be my breakthrough project?” we ask, instead of “Is this project worthy?”

“I don’t get it! I thought I had a great audition!”
Manager to talent: “You did! Casting raved about you, said you were very talented and you gave them a great read, and they will bring you back in for projects they think you are right for, just not this one.”
Talent to manager: “But if I am not the right fit why did they bring me in?”
Manager to talent: “Because casting doesn’t always know exactly what they are looking for so they bring many types in until they do!
But you were not the right type/fit/feel/essence for this role in the long run and that is why actors have to keep doing the work so that when they ARE right-THEY BOOK IT!”

But they DID see you, and they LOVED you-and will bring you back-that’s half the battle!”

Well that’s what I am talking about!- our lil Emmie FRONT/TOP and CENTER on this movie poster-yes indeed she is one of our 🌟 AND one in a FAMILY of superstars as well!

Her brothers William and James are in the new movie with Matthew McConaughey The Lost Bus-oh yeah-VERY proud manager! Coming out this fall to theatres-hopefully ours Trinity County Movie Theatre and also streaming on Apple TV

Killing Faith’ was wild—in the best way.
Hard scenes, big emotions, serious faces… and I loved every second of it.
I got to ride horses, wear dirty makeup every day (love/hate situation 😂), and work with some of the kindest, coolest people—like DeWanda Wise, Guy Pearce & Bill Pullman.
Plus, the monsoon rainbows in New Mexico? Unreal. 🌈
Can’t believe how much I learned on one set. Proud to be a part of this film.

If you have been a NBE talent for any amount of time I am sure you have heard me say that acting is like a roller coaster. It can be fun ride with all of it’s ups and down but what is the MOST fun is when you BOOK and get to ride in the front car! In the meantime as hard as this business is sometimes you have to just do your best and sit back and enjoy the ride. It IS a journey and yes, it is a marathon, not a sprint! Celebrate where you are every step of the way!
