Be careful with who does your brakes! you never know what can happen let the professionals handle it especially if your fleet is making money for you and most importantly your drivers safety! Luckily we caught this on time when a customer mentioned his brakes were making a noise.
The culprit is on the last picture what was once a screw/bolt.
