We regret to inform you that Mystic Music, scheduled for July 25th at Day Dreamer Domes, has been cancelled. This decision comes in response to a request from the township, citing concerns related to the local sound ordinance, which currently prohibits live music events at the venue.

We understand the disappointment this may cause and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

In response, a petition will soon be available for those who wish to support the return of live music to Day Dreamer Domes.

The cauldron logo competition!! Winner gets $250 in partnership with . We want to collaborate with an artist to create the logo for The Cauldron - A reference logo will be provided - the winner will be announced 2 weeks after the final day to submit the logo.

The new logo will be printed and put up in The Cauldron's window. Sign up with the Google form link in our linktree, we will send over the drive links once signed up!!

What a wonderful day at the Washington Avenue Arts and Culture Crawl last weekend! It was so great to see our community come together and experience some incredible talent. Thank you to all the talented artists and organizations who shared their creativity with us, you made this event truly special!

We're already looking forward to bringing everyone out again this fall. Until then, keep supporting local art!

Meet Devyn Rashid Abdullah-Bush, he is a multi-talented artist and community leader in Kalamazoo. He’ll be leading Move Ya Body, a community-based dance class that’s less about technique and more about connection through movement, happening next Friday, June 13th from 5-7 PM . Here is some more information on him and what movement means to him!

"I'm a Kzoo native, casual goof, and a very subtle, introverted/wallflower mug by nature. When I'm invited to be open and share space, I embrace each opportunity to do so.
I'm not a good dancer in the slightest, but I do at least have rhythm. When I dance in places, I don't like to be crowded or hyped up by people watching me. I like to blend in or be joined by others. For me, dancing with others isn't fun when there's a lack of motion overall."
To me, this event isn't just about dancing, tho. It's about putting an emphasis on the power and importance of movement and allowing mugs to value the blessings of being able to do so.”
