In 2014, Janene Pirbhai noticed a Facebook post about the Merze Tate Explorers. She was intrigued by the media and travel concept for girls, two things she loved most. So, she became a donor and guide to sharing the world with girls.

Since 2008, the Merze Tate Explorers has provided opportunities for young women and girls to travel within their community and beyond as travel writers. Donors like Janene make it possible.
