diet and the following are the foods which can no longer be a part of my life: pistachio and cashew nuts, sausage and bouillon cubes, garlic, mushrooms and onions, asparagus, cauliflower, celery and peas, avocado and watermelon, hummus and salsa, pickles and relish, tomato paste & chamomile tea. No more pero w/evaporated milk. How in the world am I going to have flavor in sauces?
