Crossroads Hotel has maintained its one MICHELIN Key for 2026, the only hotel in Missouri or Kansas to earn the distinction. Just 2,832 hotels worldwide made the list this year across all three Key tiers. The 95th Annual Plaza Art Fair takes over the Country Club Plaza Friday, September 25th through Sunday, September 27th, spanning nine city blocks with 240 artists, three live music stages, and exclusive menus from 20+ Plaza restaurants. The Family Activity Block on Ward Parkway features face painting, hands-on creative projects, and live portrait artists for the kids.

Raise a glass to America’s spirit at Bourbon in the Park! 🥃 

Bourbon in the Park, presented by Rose Productions and Holladay Distillery, returns to English Landing Park in downtown Parkville on Saturday, September 26th from 4-7PM, celebrating Bourbon Heritage Month and the Midwest’s connection to the spirit.  Admission includes samples from 45+ bourbons, appetizers from Chef Andrew Longres of Acre, a Glencairn tasting glass, live music, hand-rolled ci**rs, and a VIP bottle wh***ey ring toss. 

A portion of the proceeds benefits Veterans Community Project, a KC-based organization supporting veterans through transitional tiny homes and comprehensive support services.

Experience Liberty Memorial like never before this fall✨

Liberty’s Beacon debuts Friday, September 25th, transforming Liberty Memorial Tower into a canvas of light, sound, and motion over seven weekends through Veterans Day on November 11th. World-renowned light artists, Xavier de Richemont, Leslie Epsztein & Camille Gross, and Onionlab, each take a weekend to bring the Memorial’s inscribed virtues of Honor, Courage, Sacrifice, and Patriotism to life in an 8 to 10-minute visual and auditory experience.

Shows start at 7:30PM and repeat every 15 minutes until 10:30PM. Free to view from the North Lawn!

Get ready to celebrate art and community at Hallmarket! 🎨

Hallmarket: A Hallmark Art Festival takes over Crown Center Square this Saturday, September 19th from 10AM to 4PM. The annual favorite showcases dozens of Hallmark artists and retirees, featuring work spanning photography, ceramics, fine art, jewelry, and more, with each artist on-site to share their story and sell one-of-a-kind pieces.

GolfTRK is set to open its new headquarters at 7068 Mission Road in Prairie Village on September 11th. A grand opening celebration is happening from 4-7pm, where guests can tour the facility, meet the founders, and compete in a hole-in-one contest with a $5,000 prize pool!

This location boasts 8 bays equipped with TrackMan technology, the largest PuttView surface in the country, meeting rooms & bookable office space, private lessons, and a lounge area. Members will have access from 5am-midnight, 7 days a week.
