I love this picture …. And I hate this picture
I love it because these 2 hold me down at all times…they have my heart
I hate it because of how bad I look….How unhealthy I had gotten…
Weighing in at 450 lbs, blood pressure through the roof, stressed out, lost both of my parents, failed business, life was taking a toll on me
Fast forward to today’s pic… weight now in the 350’s …almost 100 lbs down in 8 months
Gonna launch a new podcast starting next month that will be a combination of life, music, sports (Chiefs, Royals, Kansas City Comets, EPL) , Personal Training with Lamark Williams,
Healthier lifestyle, Faith and Family… It will truly be a “Mixed Plate”
Hopefully it will help someone as much as it is helpful and therapeutic for me!
