Wu-Tang Clan is coming to Kansas City for more than just a concert, with a two-day visit focused on youth, creativity and local entrepreneurship.

Following their September 2 performance at Morton Amphitheater, the group will continue the celebration at the historic Boone Theater in the 18th & Vine Jazz District, where a special Wu-Day proclamation will recognize their community involvement.

On September 3, about 30 Kansas City youth will take part in hands-on workshops covering jewelry, apparel, graphic and skateboard design, giving them a chance to explore creative careers and entrepreneurship alongside local businesses and ArtsTech KC.
