Plain and simple reality moving into 2026. With everything that is happening in regards to the economy, political climate, and all of the uncertainty for many, it has been a slow booking season for many of us in the industry. Totally understandable and expected.

At Good Stuff China, because our inventory is timeless and classic, and very established. We will be able to avoid raising our prices in order to combat tariffs or increased manufacturing prices.

GSC has something for everyone, in every price range. We can create a lovely plate setting using our vintage china collection or a clean, white modern plate.

has just been selected to host its first MICRO WEDDING!!!

Excitement overload here!!!! To be able to welcome a couple into our space, as they share the most joyous day, with their closest friends and family, is truly a dream come true.

It has my wheels turning as to how I can make the space everything they have dreamed of.

If you are looking for a small, stylish, comfortable space, look no further. We have it all, and is in house to provide all of your additional rental needs.

#1 question we get asked:

“How did you get started?”

Simple, it was a love of vintage dishes and a small 4’x4’ antique booth, in Olathe KS. We started by just buying all the pretty things that people were just getting rid of for cheap. We truly felt, and still do, that these pieces had so much life left in them, and could be better served being used again, than end up in a landfill.

With a back ground in design and art, I quickly found a hidden talent in creating plate settings, using mixed and matched sets of china. We had a few clients that would buy holiday sets or a customized set for a china cabinet. Quickly realizing that there was a true need for a rental company in Kansas City, that offered what we did was so exciting. So I started researching what this new adventure might look like. I reached out to wedding vendors, not knowing anyone and started making connections and putting Good Stuff China out there as a rental company.

It has been a “learn as you go” experience, it has happened organically, and grown at a pace we could handle. We are still learning and improving, on our service and product.
This is our 6th year and we are looking forward to providing the Kansas City community another great season of beautiful plate settings!!!
