How will schools implement the new Missouri law prohibiting cell phone use in class? The Telegraph talked to local teachers from Hickman Mills C-1 School District, Kansas City Mo. and Kansas City Public Schools; experts from AFT Local 691 and Missouri State Teachers Association and an admin from the Blue Valley School District who eliminated cell phones last year.
