When your girlfriend is reaching for her goals do you tell her to go find a ladder, or do you hoist her up on your shoulders so she can reach? 🏋🏻‍♀️ The women support women movement is all about having each others backs. It’s about celebrating each others victories and lifting each other up through the hard climb that is life. It’s also a way for us to say “bye, Felicia” to the cattiness, jealousy, anger, hurtfulness, and any other form of negativity between women. We should be encouraging each other to be the best versions of ourselves. ☀️ Positive vibes attract positive people. We are unique. We are beautiful. We are strong. We are smart. We are visionaries. We are women! Hear us freakin ROOOAAAARRRRR!

I am constantly telling my students this little quote - - -> “Learn the rules like a professional, so you can break them like an artist.” What does this mean? Basically you need to learn the basics and credentials to do your job safely and sufficiently first. Once you know of those basics, then you can start being more artistic in your sets.
Here’s an example: You give a client lash extensions that maintain the health of their natural lash. Then she comes back for her fill and says they are beautiful but not perfect. This is where you can change up the blueprints/shaping or even try a different curl to make the set even more customized to your clients desires while STILL maintaining the health of her naturals.
Advice for new lash artists- Practice, practice, and practice some more + treat your clients like GOLD! Study eye shapes, face shapes, and practice on a everyone and everything that has lashes. Ok, maybe not everything. 😉
