Okay, I have to share this one with you! 😎🎶

This week on slAp trAcks, I'm putting the spotlight on **PERCENT**, the Korean R&B singer, songwriter, and producer whose real name is **Byun Young-soo (변영수)**.

And the track I want you to hear is **“The Way You Make Me Happy.”** 💙

I came across this one and immediately thought… yep, this belongs on slAp trAcks. 😂🎧 There's something about the way PERCENT delivers this song that makes it such an easy listen. Smooth, warm, and just the right kind of feel-good R&B.

But here's the cool part — “The Way You Make Me Happy” is also part of the soundtrack for the 2026 drama **No Tail to Tell**. 👀🎬 So if you've been watching the drama, you may already know the song. If you haven't… well, consider this your introduction!

Amber Noel — “Show And Tell”

I’ve got Amber Noel in the slAp trAcks mix today with “Show And Tell,” and this is exactly the kind of discovery I like bringing to the show.

What caught my attention is that “Show And Tell” is already her most-streamed track on Spotify, with more than 150,000 plays, while she’s still sitting at just over 500 monthly listeners. That tells me there are people finding this record — but there’s still plenty of room for more of us to discover her.

And that’s what I like about spinning newer artists. You don’t always have to wait until everybody knows their name.

This is one of those records I pulled because it caught my attention without having to work too hard for it.

There’s something about “Wrong Way, Right” that fits where I like to take slAp trAcks — R&B that gives you something to listen to, but still lets the groove carry the record.

And I like that Paul Bill Jr. isn’t trying to make this feel bigger than it needs to be. The song has its own personality, and that’s what made me want to put it in the mix.

I’m spinning this one today because I think my listeners need to hear what Paul Bill Jr. is bringing to the table. This is the kind of record that can slide into the playlist, catch your ear, and have you wondering, “Who is this?”

That’s exactly how I like discovering artists for slAp trAcks.
