Still glowing & vibing at my higher frequency from this magical experience. Thank you pachamama, thank you universe, thank you divinity, thank you mana, thank you little V for continuing to burn your flame eternally.

This was a hard year full of resistance, loss, and lessons. I lost myself in ways that I thought I outgrew. I thought I learned to no longer water fake plants but yet I found myself drained and giving to someone who was only ever a taker.

The solitude spent on this trail allowed me to reclaim my power and happiness in more ways than one. Eternally grateful for the teachings this year and just blooming with love for my woman and this new (and old) version of myself. I am so ready to start fresh this year with all my learnings 🥰🧚🏼‍♀️✨

I love this first picture because it reminds me of the feeling of being a kid- layer of dirt on my face, wild hair, too carefree for mirrors, is that salty taste from my tears or my sweat?, scary heights, scraped knees. Ya know, just looking at the world with such curiosity and wonderment as if it’s the first time I’m ever seeing it ✨

Wow I am leaving Kaua’i a different person. This trail will always be my reminder to trust and listen to myself because my sub conscious/higher me knew what I needed and made sure I went for it.

As always, so many lessons from the mountains and the coastline that healed me ✨🌺

PS any friends who are interested, I will 100% come back and do it again whenever. It was pure MAGIC 🧚🏼‍♀️ just wooooow!

What a wonderful life it’s been so far. I feel like I’ve lived a hundred lifetimes 🥹 So happy for all the lessons and experiences. Thank you universe 🙏🏼

This is the 5th year celebrating my birthday outside of the US and I like this little tradition I have started. Belize is also my 47th country. Perhaps I’ll reach 50 this new year hehe

Learning to be less resistant & having more faith that the universe always guides me to exactly where I need to be. Couldn’t have fathomed how fufulling this Align & Ascend Retreat would be for my climbing soul 🥹

Life lately since getting home a month ago already 💕

1 spent a lovely week with my best friend and road-tripped from Salem all the way to Richmond

2 been recharging my soul with friends’ laughter again ✨

A Rainy Day in Kyoto 🏯☔️

1. When we first arrived in Tokyo & Mt Fuji, the cherry blossoms weren’t BLOSSOMING and I was nervous we came too early 😭 but of course as soon as we got to Kyoto, they were everywhere! So even in the rain, we were so happy to see these colorful trees.

A little appreciation post for my mama 🌸

We just spent the last 2.5 weeks traveling through Thailand & Japan and made some wonderful memories.

I get my sense of adventure and travel from my mom and I wouldn’t be traveling the world if it wasn’t for her teaching me the importance of it at a young age 🫶🏼

On that note, my mom is a freakin badass! She climbed an epic route for her first time outdoors and did it fearlessly as well as trusted me enough to drive us around Chiang Rai on a scooter 🤪🛵🧗🏽‍♀️⛰️

We laughed, we cried, we adventured, but most importantly we bonded! Thanks for coming to see me on the other side of the world 💕 ily .y.salinas

Took some time off to enjoy the days with my mom but now I have sooo much content to share and gonna start again tomorrow 😊

Officially in vacation mode since my mama arrived in Thailand 🤭

I know it must seem I’m always enjoying myself because I’m traveling but it’s equally exhausting/difficult at times.

But I’ve been enjoying this little piece of home for the past week 🥰 might be in tourist mode but always climbing 🙈
