SDM Pahalgam Inspects Flood-Hit Areas

Pahalgam, Sept 3:
Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Pahalgam, along with his team of officers, visited several areas of the subdivision to take stock of the prevailing flood situation.
During the visit, the SDM and his team inspected vulnerable spots, assessed the damage caused by heavy rainfall, and interacted with local residents. He assured people that the administration is closely monitoring the situation and all possible measures are being taken to safeguard lives and property.
The SDM also directed concerned departments to remain on high alert, ensure round-the-clock availability of essential services, and be prepared for immediate relief and rescue operations if required.
Local residents appreciated the timely response of the administration and expressed hope for swift restoration of normalcy in the affected areas.
