This ia a Remote work from Home Position: Summary: The position of Client Account Representative is responsible for performing all Client
Account Representative tasks for all aspects of work order acceptance and completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
• Finding new Service Providers to complete work orders
• Creating and issuing new work orders to Service providers within the system or a new
Service Provider
• Communicating with Service Provider to complete their Service Provider Package
• Following up with the Service Provider to obtain a viable ETA, completion of work or
Proposal and all completion documentation in a timely manner.
• Assisting with quoting and proposals - Ensuring that quotes are detailed and viable
• Client liaison
• After hour emergency calls and rotating weekends on call
• Ordering lifts
• Touching every work order within a 2-day time period
• Work 8AM to 5PM - Monday - Friday with the exception of when on "After Hour
Emergency Call Rotation"
• Providing updates to clients on their work requests in a timely manner
• Reviewing documentation submitted by Service Providers related to completed work
requests and authorizing Service Provider invoices for payment to accounting
• Rotating time blocks during business hours to return missed calls on Ext. 0
