It's sad to hear that this local coffee shop will be closing its door soon. I did you wanna highlight our first chance to actually go to them a few weeks ago. The service and the coffee are both really good. Our hope is that we can make it there at least one more time before they're gone.

With the NHL playoffs about to start, I wanted to highlight the first time we ever went to an NHL game. Growing up a fan of the Mighty Ducks movie, of course our first ever game had to be a Ducks game. This was a great experience and I would love to catch another game in the future.

A few months back, I was in Houston, and I was able to go to Bao & Spices before they fully opened. The two things I got to try were both really good. The Pork Xiao had a good flavor. I am a huge fan of Peking Duck. What I have found over the years is that just because it is on the menu, doesn't mean it will be going. That is not the case here. They do a great job with their duck here. This place is worth a trip.

This place has been on our list to try for a while. The chicken has a perfect balance of flavor and crunch while still being juicy. The catfish have a cornmeal coding which is one of the best ways to fry catfish. The sides that we had were all excellent. The Mac & Cheese was creamy but still had a cheesy crust. The red beans give a Popeyes vibe which is the highest compliment I can give. You can not go there without grabbing some of the Not yo Mama's biscuits
