A home inspection is like test driving a car before you purchase it. With the market we are coming out of some buyers opted out of having one.

In my professional opinion a prosperous area is any area where you see growth happening. Of course, back that up with having your Realtor run a good comparable market analysis.

Growth is continuing to happen in “Hot Markets” like the Houston Metro area. The population is continuing to expand as well.

Demographers projected that Houston will surpass Chicago within the next eight to 10 years.

My advice is pay attention to what’s happening, be intentional about executing your real estate goals and consult with a professional about your options.
