Happy Holidays,

We are at the halfway point of December. What should you do halfway through the month? Focus on the second half of the month. You can't move forward by looking backwards. Break the remainder of the month down into day by day goals that need to happen in order for you to hit, or exceed your December goal...and then just do it!

The following people have done an outstanding job the first half of the month and we're certain they are focusing, day by day, on the second half of the month! Their efforts, so far this month, have placed them at the Top of their category, and for that, they deserve special recognition:

Season's Greetings,

It's hard to believe we are in the last month of 2024. I must say, it has been a positive year for the Pinnacle Division. We will end 2024 ahead of 2023, which is what we should all strive for, to better ourselves.

The Pinnacle Division will have several Distributors finish ahead of last year too. Currently, our Top 3 in Percent Increase are Joseph Estrada, Yariela Poureetezadi and Mark Rogers. Congratulations to these three and to all who will have increases this year.

We also want to congratulate, once again, Yariela Poureetezadi and Joseph Estrada, they both recently earned free Kirbys through Kirbys IPP Program. Yariela earned 66 and Joseph earned 18. Awesome job!!

The following Top people know the year consists of 12 months, and December is one of the most important. For this reason we see them giving 100+% of their effort, which has put them at the Top of their respective categories:

Good afternoon Pinnacle Division,

We hope you had a better Thanksgiving than the 46 million turkeys that Americans consumed last Thursday!

Once we gobbled our share of the 736 million pounds of turkey that was eaten on Thursday, many wobbled on out and used the long weekend to find homes for their Kirbys! After all, it's the busiest shopping season of the year!

The following were committed to doing their best, from start to finish, and closed out November at the Top:

Congratulations to our leaders and to everyone who found their place on the Month End Posigram.

To those who added sales to our total, and those who supported us from the office and home, thank you for helping make November a great month!

Once again we would like to recognize and congratulate Cesar Ortiz, who was promoted to DT on November 26th, by Distributor David Bradfute. We can't wait to see Cesar leading the DTs in the Division on future Posigrams!!

Here's something to think about as we start a new month:

This is a story about four people named: EVERYBODY, SOMEBODY, ANYBODY and NOBODY. There was an important job to be done and EVERYBODY was sure that SOMEBODY would do it. ANYBODY could have done it, but NOBODY did it. SOMEBODY got angry about that, because it was EVERYBODY'S job. EVERYBODY thought ANYBODY could do it, but NOBODY realized that EVERYBODY wouldn't do it. It ended up that EVERYBODY blamed SOMEBODY when NOBODY did what ANYBODY could have done.
