A preview of how the setup by the window will be up until our open house, October 25th, when we showcase this year’s winter set up! 🌲

With all the changes happening at The Space, we are keeping it simple just to add some change. The space is unavailable today and tomorrow but will be back up for business on Monday! Thank you all for your patience during this transition into new ownership! I’m excited to see what everyone creates this fall 😊

I am beyond thrilled to officially announce that I am the new owner of The Space on Second! 🗝️📸

Hi, I’m Marjorie! As a photographer, I’m excited to host fellow creatives for studio sessions, branding shoots, and mini-sessions, as well as continue offering a stunning backdrop for your baby showers, workshops, and gatherings.

We have SO MUCH happening this month—here’s the October rundown (so far):

🎨 Oct 4th: Closed for bookings for a fresh paint job & the start of a total facelift to our getting-ready room!

🍂 Oct 5th: A simple fall backdrop is being added to the space! Perfect for cozy autumn shoots, headshots, and mini-sessions. **This will be at the paper back drops not at the window for this short period of time.

🏡 Oct 25th: OPEN HOUSE! Come tour the updated space, view the Christmas set up, hang out, and see what’s new!

The Space on Second is officially entering a new chapter!

As of October 1, Marjorie Netzel | WI Wedding Photographer will be taking over as the new owner of The Space, and I truly couldn’t be more excited! ✨

The Space has been such a special chapter in my life. It’s been a place for creativity, connection, celebrations, photoshoots, and so many beautiful memories. I’m so grateful it will continue on. 🥹

Of course, saying goodbye is a little bittersweet. But knowing it’s going into the hands of someone as talented, creative, and wonderful as Marjorie makes this transition feel so right.
If you don’t know her yet, Marjorie is an amazing photographer here in the area, and I’m so excited to see her bring her own vision and magic to The Space. And she’s already got some beautiful plans in the works!

❄️ Winter setup coming in November

To everyone who has supported The Space, rented it, celebrated in it, created in it, shared it, or simply cheered me on — thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped make this place so special, and I’ll forever be grateful for this chapter.
