Hello Everyone! Robert will also be exposing the videos of the false raid that took place on Marcus home and KNRW Studios back in July 2024 after Marcus showed the video of the man who was punched in the face while handcuffed and also Lt. Koetters daughter who was arrested that they tried to cover-up along with the booking information. This was when Nebraska State Patrol raided his home and stuck an AR-15 on Teri's Mom and a Handgun on Marcus and ordered him to walk through broken glass in his bare feet the same so-called investigator Jason Morris who said he was investigating KPD that was false according to the IA Department of the NSP and according to the Buffalo County Prosecutor all of the items seized should have been released but Nebraska State Patrol in Grand Island Sgt. Ryan Phinney stated they were unable due to the amount of items they have to go through This took place in July 2024.... Even though NSP has NO CASE ON MARCUS!

Marcus' Criminal Attorney is filing on the NSP along with a Tort Claim of over $5,000 in damages that Morris and his crew of 10-12 undercover NSP Officers that raided the home not only that held his Mother in Law when she was never under arrest, false arrest on Marcus saying that he flew his drone where they know he didn't and that the GPS shows the flight and proves false information was given in order for the false arrest all because once more showing the handcuffed subject getting punched by a KPD officer... Also Morris stated it was illegal to fly over homes with drones. (Since WHEN?) Yep he said it!!! and he's a Investigator,

Let's ask him about the family he hit with his patrol car, Charges Filed! 5 Family Members Injured but still gets promoted! Filing for False Warrants? Not Returning those Items when they should have long ago! Along with a Complaint nothing happen also requested the names of all officers involved in the raid and a copy of the Body Cam this belongs to the people.... Sgt. Ryan Phinney refused to give Marcus the information unless the courts say he has too.. What HELL?.... THAT'S NOT HOW FOIA WORKS SGT. AND YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT! And Yes Marcus body cam recorded the whole conversation and is waiting on the IA with NSP as Marcus filed a complaint on Sgt. Phinney and the NSP Evidence Tech (She hung up the phone on Marcus when asking for his items back) We all remember when we all were working the case in Sarpy County and involved NSP due to the Misconduct and Actions by the Sarpy County Sheriff... Yep we all believe this is all related to the death of this 8 year old little girl somehow... And Marcus' Lawyers will get to the bottom of all of this because we are all aware of the truth behind the ending of that case!!

Well here is the Cancer all removed I was very lucky as far as this cancer goes due to the fact that it was a slow growing cancer according to Dr Kingsley...

He said if It's any cancer that you would want to have this is the one.. we were very lucky but unfortunately I have other areas that are going to need to be cut off.

Part of my ear in different areas this is all due to the fact that I never used UV protection when I was younger.. gotta gotta gotta use that sun protection.. otherwise it's going to catch up to you.

Now comes the major stuff and to tell you I am scared s******* is an understatement... Wish me luck in plenty of prayers folks..

Heartbreaking News: Announcement to all of you. Nighthawk SAR and KNRW Media Group is no more.. as my health has deteriorated as most of you are now fully aware of what's going on.

What will I miss most about search, rescue and recovery of those individuals that needed it...

I knew the day was coming with my health issues with the Parkinson's disease but now with my other health issues that have just seemed to come out of nowhere.. truly breaks my heart knowing that I fought for so long to try to keep myself as healthy as possible in order to help those that needed the help from others that we were able to provide and never charging for our services..

Most of all going where we were needed and those that needed us the most to make the difference. I will never forget the Michelle's Sell's case and everyone that participated from volunteers to law enforcement officials working together to hurry and bring this woman home to her family.

13 days she was missing nobody could find her nobody knew where she was and Justice takes flight contact us to help locate and then talking with the Sheriff's Department and getting an idea and a grid line of where she could be and breaking them into search blocks.

This was one of my proudest moments not just because of the amount of people that were helping that were searching on the ground, but the trust that was given to us by local law enforcement and Michelle's family.

Along with a little husky hero named Bella along with Red, my flight observer.. Bella gave every indication that she had located a cadaver sent and kept telling me Daddy, we're in the right place!

It was my last battery for the drone and I knew after this search we were going to have to go back our command Post and get charged back up and get the dogs some rest. Along with getting the volunteers a break and lunch.

Red kept looking at me and asked me why I was talking to myself, I told him I wasn't I was praying not just to God but asking Michelle to tell me where she was at.. I've done this on multiple searches.. and I believe with God's help sometimes that was successful sometimes I wasn't...

Once we got the drone in the air and started my grid searching around the entrance line of the Lake Area and it was my second pass between the lake and the grounds area that I was able to find her. it took no longer than 10 minutes to find Michelle. The whole search lasting about an hour and a half was setups and getting people situated...

When I called the detective for the Local Sheriff's Department and told him that we found her and he needed to come back, after I asked him where he was he said he was already on his way home never thinking in a million years.. that we would find her that fast.. what made it worse is that whole area was checked beforehand but no one saw her.

And the sound in his voice was of nothing more than pure shock and then relief. when I called out on the radios to all the volunteers and told them that the search is over they knew that she was found but did not say anything on the radio and all met back at the search starting area.

Of course all the family members were standing near one of the volunteers and heard me say the search was over and asked what that meant.. our volunteer didn't want to say anything and wanted to wait for me to tell them.

I had to wait until the police department got there and the Sheriff's Department before I could let the family know. But once they got there it was the chief deputy sheriff that literally came up to me and gave me a hug and told me thank you. He recently just retired and was such a very kind man along with all the other Sheriff deputies all the members of the police department and the Sheriff's Department coming over and shaking my hand and thanking us all knowing how hard this has been for everyone in the Fremont City and the County.

Once the detective arrived the police department already had the roads blocked off and obviously the news stations got wind I'm guessing by scanner traffic and came to the scene as they were outside the blocked area.

SO I took the family behind my truck so the news organizations couldn't see us.. it was then I told the family members what had happened what took place Bella alerting and then the drone was able to spot Michelle on the side of the Lake Area grounds letting law enforcement telling them the rest but I made a promise that if I found her I would let them know right away.

The emotions ran so high and when the family finally had closure and the love and the hugs and our tears falling.. with a broken heart wishing I could have been there sooner but still meant more to me than anything..

The many rescues, searches and even recoveries that we worked on along with our volunteer teams across the country, to other SAR teams working together.. the ones that broke my heart the most, that involved children, to other cases that left us in the blind.. we all gave so much and never ever ask for anything in return.. the hurt and the pain to some Joy and happiness will always be with me and others...

So many times so many searches, rescues and recoveries... Along with the storm spotting and if any town was involved in a severe storm how we would also be there to search for those that were missing those that were trapped.. to farm animals that escaped.. we always gave from our heart and soul, from myself to the team leaders and all the volunteers their time to the other search and rescue organizations all working together to bring resolutions for these families... To give back and to say thank you to God for my life.. and making me a better man than the drug addict that I once was and turned my life around... And others on top of it. Many many proud accomplishments.

Now that my health has now taken a major turn for the worse it's over.. I had no idea that it was as bad as it was..

but unfortunately it explains a lot of things.. but I truly want to tell everyone that has helped out that has been there to volunteer their time even if it was just at home getting ready for our trips to those in the communities that they live to those that went with us I can never thank you all enough.. you will always be in my heart every single one of you. And due to the stress of everything else that has happened I think has played a major role in my illness.. I thought I had at least a couple more years in me..

So this is truly the end of the road for Nighthawk and KNRW MEDIA GROUP. And our volunteer works after 8 years.. this is one of the most difficult postings I have ever written as the tears fall I know that I will never ever forget you all.

But my health has to come first along with my family to make sure that they are taken care of.. I do want to thank all the members of the KPD that supported us along with the Buffalo County Sheriff's Department deputies and Kearney volunteer fire Department... Along with the many other law enforcement agencies and Emergency services that we were able to assist and those that showed the gratitude and the thanks.

My family thanks you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.. may God bless you all.. 🙏 and to all the search and rescue organizations out there and storm spotters and chasers.. I will miss each and every one of you.

Well folks things can change in a matter of a couple days! Well I'm not going to get too deep into this but it seems my health has taken a sudden turn for the worse!

Along with an X-RAY and CT Scan information that was never released to my Primary Care Doctor Brad Rogers.. and you would think having breathing problems or being unable to take in deep breaths there might be a problem.

Not only that how it just came out of nowhere.. I'll put a copy of the MRI and the X-ray results at the bottom of the page.. not only that but when this S**t all started..

To say that Dr Rogers is upset is an understatement.. plus he knew I was going and having my cancer removed yesterday. When I went to the doctor's office over the issues of breathing.. this time Dr Rogers took an x-ray and told me do you know you have a paralyzed diaphragm..

I said no.. but shouldn't they have picked that up at the hospital when I went to the CT scan and the X-ray there when you sent me. Did you ever get the results back... I have never seen Dr Rogers mad before. But his face turned bright red and ran out of the room...

Well while I was waiting we talked about the dates.. and then we talked about what was going wrong and what was happening.. in the last thing I said what's next.. they still haven't sent over the CT scan or the x-rays so he was going to schedule me for new ones and a stress test..

He told me what I wasn't allowed to do most of all keep myself calm and stress-free.. in the meantime he's ordering CT scans from both hospitals... To find out what the hell happened.

Read the impressions on the pages and you will see what I'm talking about.. I'm in big trouble.. not only that everything now from moving, selling our home, to literally a bad dream coming true.

No words can tell you how I feel and what's going on when the pain that I am under right now! Not only that I cannot breathe.

MAYBE ONE DAY WORDS AND ACTIONS WILL MEET!

What are the true Dangers of Police Misconduct to everyone. From Public Trust to Good Police Officers trying to do there jobs and unable to do so out of fear of Retaliation or those sworn an OATH but fail public trust or those willing to turn their backs on honesty and truth.

We can only come together when the badge of honor is in trusted hands and those willing to do the right thing all the time and it has nothing to do with a camera pointing at a police officer! trust and respect goes both ways and cannot nor will not change those who have made a mistake in there life long ago and has changed to be a better person a better man in this life to help others make his or her community a better place and even great risk to him or her self.

Yet are still being judged on those past mistakes long ago and they have given their all but feel it will never be enough. we are all one man and woman that live together on this planet, NOT one of us are perfect and never will be, we all have made mistakes anyone saying any different are liars and will be the first to throw or cast that first stone of judgement and only shows what they are truly made of.

What if that person you feel nothing but hate for or have no respect for was the one who came to your rescue after being accident, being shot or saw you were being overpowered by a group of thugs even after all those times you treated him with such disrespect to hurt him or her but he came to your rescue now and would be the only one that could save you, and the only reason you are alive and can still see your children and your wife today was was because of him or her.

2 men who can not stand each other have a better respect for each other over 1 act of kindness that shows but more than that it taught you the word humility. because this man has never changed wanted to make a difference in his life to be a better me, because of God saved my life and found he could no longer be dirtbag I once was and did it for others and the love for humanity to do something good with my time.

But turn around and ask the same question from you! Would you do the same? or would you turn away and be the same person you have always been.. Well me personally and I have learned a lot from the actions of others that showed no matter what I did or others that were treated like human trash to say that you were better than others because they made a mistake in life and paid for that mistake with everything they were and because there are people like me and others to show they can turn it around most did because people cared. and I would say what if it was your son or daughter that screwed up and needed the help I and other gave .

Would you drop him or her like they were trash, if they made the same mistake I did oh wait minute THEY DID!!! It was all about the Pain Pill but bet you a million dollars you never gave up on her! You even tried to protect her by hiding it! but 16 years ago I was in the position.... But no matter what I did to Change it was never good enough to you and other police thugs. Oh but it different right ? THE HELL IT IS! and how funny it was you! and your thugs that you could not hide it! and it pi**ed you knowing I exposed it! You showed in the depositions.. But it goes for all of you. from family members to even yourself... but your the better person because your the one with the badge and those around you to lie and deceive the people.

But me myself I still turned myself around and then set out to helped others instead of wasting away and dying feeling sorry for myself because of my Disease that was taking me everyday, It never even made a difference to even to have helped other officers on the road if they want to admit it or not and HAS made a difference for many,from little things here and there to Searching, Rescuing to Recovering the missing, Putting my own life on the line to warn those of incoming Dangers weather wise in but only to be pushed away... And lies and deceptions can only get you so far in life... but as I said this man Never changed after I found love of God that saved my life with others who cared this was my way back from Hell and then giving back of myself to many others... You just never gave me the chance to see all the good in others instead you all figured to trash my goodwill would be a much better place for you! To make you all feel better about yourselves.

A Handicap Male and Special Olympic Gold Winner. Harassed, Falsely detained and arrested on a bogus charges.

Way to go officer Fratto of The City Clearwater Police Department in the state of Utah along with the other officers that tried to cover up a false arrest and lied on their police reports including the officers supervisor.

Shawn a very special young man who every year participates in the Special Olympics and according to his friends where he was that evening doing karaoke that he loves to do he doesn't drink and just goes to karaoke night to have a good time and hang out with his friends.

On this night officer Fratto of course didn't know who Shawn was but other officers that arrived on the scene did. And knew the officer had screwed up but we're going to protect that blue line gang of thugs.

Some are actually saying oh it was just an accident he didn't mean to pick on someone who was mentally re****ed so what does that tell you?

If he wasn't a special needs individual how this would have all played out differently if he would have known.. no instead they try to cover it up..

Truly a heartbreaking story but at least someone came forward and spoke the truth and made sure that the civil rights lawyer and the district attorney were well aware of what was going on..

And wanted to make sure it got out to not just their local news organization but went National.. Shawn have many individuals that love him and care about him.. I truly hope Justice prevails... And these officers are held responsible for their actions.

OFFICER DOWN! Everyday a Law Enforcement Officer is put in Danger or Killed due to the danger they are at risk of not know of the suspect motive or true outcome of an end result of a Traffic Stop or a Call they been dispatched on. From a simple speeding ticket to a fight call the risk that could follow is alarming.

Only so much training could prepare an officer for a flip of a switch from someone that is one second talking normal to an officer that is struck or shot without warning and with seconds to make a chose of what the outcome could be a mistake that could get them killed.

When they have no back history of a suspect and a mental issue or drugs that alter the mind to others that do no care about human life. If a suspect is willing to take the life of a Law Enforcement officer they are willing without any fear of taking a innocent by stander.

We talk about Police Misconduct on this page and bad Police Officers some that may also have these same feelings for innocent people and to show their true nature and why they should never be in this type of work due to a severe complex of control over others. this is NOT what this story is about! As we all know not all Police Officers are bad and truly care about what they are doing and are 100% community enforcement officers and will do what the job calls for!!

This is why Policing is one of the most life risking jobs in the world and why at times police have to make split disions between life and death, the last thing they want along with any citizan that cares for uman life is to see anyone be injured or God forbid Shot/Stabbed and killed and that inclueds any Law Enforcement Officer.

So many ways officers put their lives on the line, Stopped at a Traffic Stop on a speeder and a DUI Driver runs into the back of a Police Car Striking the speeders car Hitting the Officer and also those in the car that was stopped or even killed, Officers Walking up to a crimminal with a gun and shooting the officer, Fights and Domisticts then they turn on the officer when someone is arrested .

It Goes on and on and the these crimes will only get worse history information is included before an officer is even walking up to a car or a home, correct training and back up on calls with history of past history of violance but still keeping the oath of an officer in tact. No one wants to see our sworn Lae Enforcment officers in danger and just like a citizan everyone wants to go home at night to there loved ones.

All our first responders and the jobs they do everyday have our respect.. As I said a million times we don't YDAYhate Law Enforcement... We just need those that took an OATH to mean it and follow the laws and respect our rights by all... What a much better and honest Country this would be. And how much respect all our 911 Heros would get and be honorerd just like all of our hero Volunteers Fire and Rescue, to our Citizans Volunteers... Its all about the samething and getting the same results. For Turth and Justice for Peace and Honesty....

I would take a lot of what Jim Carrrey is Saying here..... How many truly Love our bothers and sisters ... What life changing event changed you to be who and what you are... I know mine!!! I go from the very bottom to do what ever I can for others.... and what happend and those that helped me will always be with me... just as I am there for those myself and those volunteers that gave from the heart. and it was nothing but love of the heart to give to one another says more about you then you will ever know.

Always remember the older dogs need loving home too...

Be the miracle for the older dogs take them home give them the love that they need and desire and watch as they return that same Love...

When we get out to Oklahoma if you need help training the dogs please let us know and we'll be more than happy to do it free of charge... I would strongly suggest getting a second dog.. because not only are you going to have a new best friend but your second rescue is going to need a companion also..

And unfortunately you know that time is limited for the older dogs that truly need that time not just with you but with his own kind and watch as the older dog teaches the younger one his knowledge and skills... You'll be amazed..

And when the day comes when this older dog time says that the good Lord is ready to take me now... You were his little miracle... And you were the one that made the difference in his or her life.. not only that you made him or her happy the happiest that he or she has been in a long time.. especially when you show the love that they so much deserve..

Give a piece of yourself to rescue.... And watch as the bond that you all grow together will be one you will never forget...

Yes even a loving animal knows the difference between love and hate....

When a time comes and you have to put down your best friend... Think about what he or she is thinking... The last moments in their life are of you.. don't ever forget that because they love you more than you would ever know... A Pet's heart is unconditional along with his or her love... And no matter what you think if a dog has a soul or not they do... How can you explain the love that they have for you.. they will protect you and guard you with their life they will love you and show you nothing but kindness.

But not only that you could be in the worst mood that you will ever been and the only thing they want from you is your Love.. they don't know what racism is they don't know what hate is and they most certainly don't know what evil is...

The only time they know is when they're taught to hurt others to hate others and to be mean and vicious to others... It's not the breed it's always the trainer...

The dog is born with a loving heart and soul don't take that away from them.. give them what they want the most... To share that love with others and to be around as many people as they can because they want to show off that love to others... Maybe some of us can learn from our dogs about what it's like to love others and to show kindness from our hearts..

Take a world that is full of hate and take a puppy and show its love and everyone surrounds it and holds it and kisses it too bad more humans aren't like dogs in this world... If it was it would be a much better place.

So here's the update... I found out how much they have to take from my face.. So as you saw from the last photo looks like they're going to have to take all of the skin all the way down past the little mole due to the cancer that spread what you don't see the black underneath the blood.. that's all a part of the cancer and since Tim Mason APRON tells me to put some Neosporin around it and let it air dry... Nothing to be worried about... Now I'm s******* my pants.

So it looks like about 5 to 6 in up to 7 in to 8 to the side on top of that look on my ear at the top where the cancer had spread.. that will also need to be cut out... And obviously not sure if they're going to do radiation or chemo.. but the cancer was slow growing but unfortunately due to the time that I waited.. and now I have to watch all areas of my face and neck back and including lymph nodes if they get swollen... The photo next to it is the biopsy that Dr Kingsley did and again they're amazing staff... But I cannot tell you and I cannot stress if you feel something is wrong don't second guess yourself seek a second opinion no matter how much Faith you have in your doctor just to be on the safe side it's better to be safe than sorry...

I had an issue with my breathing a about a month ago and they found something on my x-ray... Now they want to check that x-ray again and I think an MRI... This was before the cancer diagnosis and now their concerns that it may have spread.. I still am having issues with my breathing it feels like I can't catch my breath especially if I try to clean or do something to work or bend down or feel like I'm drowning. Along with that wheezing at the end of my breaths.. so when I go see doctor Rogers he'll have to set up an appointment with an oncologist.

What a wonderful man... Raising packs of Alaskan Huskies and due to the fact there is no snow to run the pack he built a running Jack sled but with wheels and as you can see there are cameras all over the sled.

So he can time the girl Huskies they're all females I didn't see any malamutes but what a wonderful idea to exercise the Huskies because the one thing they love to do is run and exercise... It's what they were bred for it's what they love to do...

Very amazing.... Notice that he has timers on all the dogs too which is good to see so he knows due to the fact there is no snow he has to watch the dogs paws for the heat to make sure they don't get burnt and heat exhaustion.

How huskies cool off is they always will be on their backs and they literally sleep on their backs.. the coolest part of their bodies is their bellies and the normal way of cooling them off in the summertime is having them on their backs and rubbing water all over their tummies or having them jump in a pool...

Getting a husky used to water is a little difficult but not impossible once they get used to the water they love it then they can get their exercise by going across the pool like they are running in snow.

That's why our next house must have a pool.. but due to what's going on right now health wise I am trying to figure out what's the best way of making sure Teri and Mom are taken care of, in case something should happen..

But not only that my babies now have to be taken care of and I need to make sure that whoever I find to help my wife take care of the dogs knows what to do...

Not only that if the cancer is incurable and whatever time that I may have I don't know if it would be a smart idea to start the rescue so I'm praying that everything goes well and the doctor feels good about everything he's taking out on November 1st and then obviously the chemo and radiation what they're planning on doing.

The number one thing obviously is my family and making sure that they are taken care of... So I think after the surgery I have to see an oncologist... So many things are going to be happening over the next few months that I feel like my head's going to be splitting in half. But I'm keeping my faith and I'm keeping it strong...
