KLPR 91.1 honors our engineer and friend Val Lane. On the day of his funeral, KLPR joins News Channel Nebraska in taking a moment of silence on air at 1:00pm to honor Val and his life.

Longtime broadcast engineer Val Lane passed away late last week at the age of 68.
