New York On Air was launched with the inspiration to bring sweeping beautiful aerial views of New York City. The business originally started this by selling fine art photography and stock sales, but when one of our fans wrote in asking, “how do I do this?” We realized that we could open up the same type of access to the consumer through social media. To soar over New York City for a unique vantage point from a 1,500 ft. distance, without obstructing your lens from the City, New York On Air was able to showcase an aerial photography experience where you join other passengers seeking a differentiated sense of freedom that can be projected outward on their social channels. With the rise of social media, New York On Air found the perfect platform to share the highly visual experience that anyone can live at a comfortable rate given crowdsourcing efficiencies. We wanted to provide an exciting and unique experience to photograph New York City from the sky. The mission: to bring beauty and experience of aerial visuals to the masses.
From an easy booking process to fully customizable routes, New York On Air focuses on providing the best photography experience. Our dedicated Sky High Camera Kiosk provides tips and recommendations as to what camera and lens to use to capture the shot you’re looking for. Our helicopter flights are designed for aerial photography, and it allows for its routes to be customized for focus on the landmarks you’re trying to capture. Whether looking to capture Lady Liberty, the Empire State, Central Park, or World Trade Center, New York On Air is committed to bring the most comfortable and accesible aerial experience.
