Pathway offers competitive book fulfillment rates and is actively involved in getting the work of publishers, especially ones just starting out, into the hands of customers. Your success is our success, since our primary fee is a percentage of publishers’ net billing. The maximum percentage billed is 14.0%, and the more books in an order, the lower the percentage, with the lowest being 9.0%. This

charge covers invoicing, packing materials, returns processing, and online sales and activity reports. Additionally, storage costs the low amount of $0.02 for every book stored in our warehouse, charged monthly. However, this fee is waived for the first 6 months a publisher is listed with us and also waived if they’ve sold at least 20% of their inventory in the past 12 months. Half is waived if a publisher has sold at least 10% of their inventory in the past 12 months. At a publisher’s request, Pathway can list their titles on major trade distributors' databases (i.e. Ingram, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Baker & Taylor, and Edelweiss). Adding a title to either Ingram or Edelweiss requires a one-time upload fee. In addition to these databases, Pathway can list publishers’ titles in our Pinnacle Cart at no cost, or publishers may elect to have us create one for them for a one-time fee of $150.00.
