Mission Central retiring exec will leave big shoes to fill

Mission Central Metroplex’s Paula Jernigan will retire soon. Tarrant County Precinct No 3 administrator Rebecca Barksdale wins award from Northeast Leadership Forum.

Since Paula Jernigan began, the value of goods and services that Mission Central provides in the community grew from $564,000 in 2010 to almost $1.6 million in 2016.
