Life on the Kenai is a radio show every Wednesday at 11am - 12pm on KSRM 920AM or 92.5FM and hosted by Ryan Kapp and Sara Erickson. Ryan and Sara are long time friends and Soldotna residents, as well as fellow 1988 high school graduates. Life on the Kenai is all about talking with local residents, schools, and business owners about whats happening in our communities, and keeping everyone informed

on the events and opportunities available in our area. Great show today on Life on the Kenai!! Sam was out in the community assisting with the Kids Kenai Classic so I sat in for her with Ryan.

In studio we had my cousin Ashlyn from Salt Lake City visiting Alaska for her first time. And on the line we had Jim Sterns with the Salmon Fest event that took place in Ninilchik over the weekend.

Jim gave us an overview of the events origins and insight to all the logistics it takes to host nearly 8000 people in that tiny town!!!

Great show, lots of fun and information.

Life on the Kenai last Wednesday!!
While Sam was participating on the links in the Alliance Golf event, I sat in with Ryan and hosted our guests Don and Jill Johnson w/gkids in tow. They shared they're Solute to Veterans/Abate event highlights that had taken place over the weekend. Well also had a segment that featured Scott and Regina Davis talking about the 50 year history of Davis Block and Concrete in south central Alaska. We need more time for this!!
