This was our only chance to make some noise in 2020 and it was an absolute soul saver. Curated by our producer Kristofer Sampson, we joined our friends in Mammabear, The Bloodplums, Buckhead Shaman, Gas Hound & Peter James for a live concert series dubbed “Sampson Saturdays”.
We were extremely grateful for the opportunity to perform safely in a time where we couldn’t even hug each other. The end result is the finest representation of a fuzzard live performance to date.
An enormous thank you is due to all the amazing people that made this happen; Josh Evan Lamar for slaying the drums, our engineer Raheem Amlani at Orange Peel Recordings, camera operators Anton Harden, Elorm Srigboh, Ryan Carden, producer, curator and film editor Kristofer Sampson, and Guillermo Castro & Immersive Atlanta for helping us get the word out!

Inspired by Napoleon’s war horse that was captured by the British in battle, Marengo tells the story of two lives drawn together and pulled apart throughout a lifetime. As fate would have it, Napoleons captured horse would live a longer life than Napoleon himself. That triumph of Marengo in captivity signifies the love and boundless nature of the two lovers. Their love would out live the moments and be carried away like the Marengo.
