Macho Bros Announcement! We’re so thankful for everyone who stopped by Macho Bros Tamales at the Public Market and supported us this year. After much thought, the team decided to close our storefront at the Public Market. This chapter may be ending, but we’re excited for what’s ahead, new opportunities, new ways to share our tamales, and new memories to create with all of you. 🌶️

🚨 Tamale Update! 🫔

With new partners on board, we’re going back to tradition, and that means our tamales just got a whole lot more authentic!

👉 We’re now using real lard in our masa for that rich, classic flavor. No more lard-free tamales, these are abuelita-approved and proud of it. 😌🔥

💥 AND — important note: Our tamales are also no longer gluten-free. The new spice blends we’re using may contain small traces of gluten, so we want to be upfront about that with our community.

We appreciate your continued support as we bring you tamales the way they were meant to be — bold, flavorful, and deeply traditional!
