We will be at the Kenosha Art Market today from 10-2 with a selection of shinies, but due to the rain last night leaving everything rather muddy and the solid chance of another stray thunderstorm coming through, we're not going to chance the books.

In good news, we're almost done getting our online shop available where you'll be able to order signed copies of books, signed bookplates, other book merch, as well as the shinies that Pixie Wolf has at larger outdoor events.

This book sounded so much fun, and something I’d really enjoy so I requested it…then waited. I hadn’t read the first one, but I was just so curious. After having finished it, I don’t know why I waited. The author did a phenomenal job of not feeling you’d missed much by picking up this second book first, and even the few times I wondered, I still didn’t feel like I’d missed anything. Add in the fun action, great writing, intriguing characters, and an interesting plot line, I am more than ready for the next book in the series. Fun paranormal mystery. Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

We had an amazing weekend at Beach Front Arts Fest and the Kenosha Art Market.

Our next vending spots are the August Kenosha Art Market on the 18th and then the Spooky Frog Presents: A Horrifying Book Fair Part 2 at Xray Arcade in Cudahy on August 24th.

I'm catching up on *my* writing this week and then have a few editing projects to start as well as an ARC I'm super excited to read for Martin Lastrapes' new novel.
