This Sunday we’re adding something new to class ✨
I’ll be introducing Ba Duan Jin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) — a foundational Qi Gong sequence designed to cultivate energy, mobility, and internal strength through slow, intentional movement and breath.
I’m still a student of this practice, and I’m excited to begin sharing it with you. There’s something powerful about learning in real time — grounded, curious, and open.
