AV Factory hits San Diego! 💪

Tim Wapner, Todd Peshlakai, Tim Baldini and Coltan Anderson delivered top-notch AV services for the Fluke Leadership Summit over the past 4 days, with fantastic support from our labor partners and local AV engineers.

Innovative design and layout using Quest Events stock panels created a visually striking setting for this premier event.

Last month, AV Factory was proud to be a part of the 51st Annual Celebration for the Bellevue Downtown Association, held at the stunning Meydenbauer Center!

This event showcases the incredible progress and key projects shaping downtown Bellevue, bringing together city officials and business leaders. We've been honored to contribute to this celebration since 2015. A huge congratulations to Tim Carr, Mey CEO, on his new role as BDA Board Chair! We're already looking forward to supporting the BDA again in 2026.

With heavy hearts, the AV Factory family mourns the sudden passing of Rusty Soeung. It's incredibly difficult to say goodbye to someone who was not only a valued colleague but a true friend.

Rusty joined us in September 2007, bringing his passion and dedication to every project. For 7.5 years, he was an integral part of our team, honing his skills and becoming a star in our industry. Even after moving into the freelance community, Rusty remained a preferred technician and a cherished presence at our events until his passing on Sunday, February 16th.

We are devastated by this loss and will forever remember Rusty's contributions. Our thoughts are with his family and all who knew him.

Taking a trip down memory lane to 2020! ⏪

We loved providing AV for Comcast Leadership's annual retreat at the beautiful Meydenbauer Center.

Beyond the tech, we added a unique touch with custom-designed scenery. We incorporated striking "Piolo Panels" – lightweight and versatile – with a captivating hand-made circuitry panel detail at the center. These panels created a dynamic and textured backdrop, elevating the overall event aesthetic.

The curved one is called the "Tube", and the circuit board-looking one is the "Sirkut". These modular Piolo Panel tiles are super versatile – they can be flown or ground-supported and configured into almost any size or shape. Piolo Panels are unique to AV Factory.

We have AVF Operations Manager, Tim Baldini, to thank for the gorgeous handiwork!
