Throwback to the “Last Splash” gala hosted by Detlef Schrempf Foundation at Meydenbauer Center back in 2017! We love looking back at the fun events we’ve been a part of with our longtime AV partner.

The gala was an incredible night of fundraising, with guests enjoying an evening of dinner, auctions, and entertainment to support a great cause. Events like these highlight the importance of strong partnerships in making a real difference. We’re proud to have worked alongside Detlef Schrempf Foundation and to bring this vision to life.

Setting up at Gas Works Park for the Obliteride Kick-off Party! We’re so excited to be a part of one of Seattle’s best summer celebrations and the official start of Obliteride weekend.

Tomorrow night, connect with the amazing community, honor loved ones, and enjoy a catered dinner, drinks, and live music. You can also pick up your participant packet at the party!

Where: Gas Works Park, Seattle
When: Friday, August 8th, from 4–8 p.m.

This event is included for registered riders and 5K walk/run participants. Virtual participants and guests can purchase tickets to join in the fun.

We’re incredibly proud and excited AV Factory is once again the official AV supplier for Fred Hutch’s Obliteride! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

It’s an honor to support this amazing event and its mission to raise funds for life-saving cancer research. Every pedal stroke brings us closer to a cure, and we’re thrilled to play a small part in helping Fred Hutch obliterate cancer.

We were thrilled to be an AV partner for the 2025 Evergreen Gala!

Held at the Columbia Collective in Woodinville, this elegant event raised a record-setting $2.2 million for vital patient care, behavioral health, hospice, and trauma support programs. It’s inspiring to see such generosity in action and to work with businesses committed to making a real difference.

AV Factory & Meydenbauer Center: A Winning Collaboration at Japan Fair!

What an incredible weekend at Japan Fair, where we had the pleasure of working with our fantastic client, Miki Kasahara, while in close collaboration with our partners at Meydenbauer Center! 🌸

A huge shout-out to our incredible team, Olin and Rew, who absolutely crushed it running the mainstage. They flawlessly coordinated and executed presentations and performances for over 20 diverse groups. From fashion shows to a full choir accompanied by musicians, their expertise ensured every act was a resounding success!

This year, we stepped up our involvement, providing more direct assistance with performance group coordination. Japan Fair was so thrilled with the extra support that she's asked us to be even more hands-on in the planning and organization for next year's 10th-anniversary celebration! We can't wait to bring something truly spectacular to life. (Many thanks to Ryan Anderson for the photographic evidence!!!)

Heroes Among Us!

We had a potentially serious situation unfold recently, and thanks to the quick thinking and bravery of our team, it was averted!

A fire started just outside our shop doors, sparked by embers from the train tracks. Instead of just observing, our AV carpenter Bryce, along with our Technicians Christian & Adam, immediately sprang into action. They grabbed fire extinguishers and rushed out to tackle the blaze.

Their swift response made a huge difference! After a quick call from Steve, the local firefighters arrived to fully extinguish the fire. Who knows what the outcome would have been if our team hadn’t stepped in so quickly?

We are incredibly proud to know that our team is always ready to act for the safety of everyone. A huge thank you to Bryce, Christian, Adam, and Steve for their amazing efforts!

AV Factory hits San Diego! 💪

Tim Wapner, Todd Peshlakai, Tim Baldini and Coltan Anderson delivered top-notch AV services for the Fluke Leadership Summit over the past 4 days, with fantastic support from our labor partners and local AV engineers.

Innovative design and layout using Quest Events stock panels created a visually striking setting for this premier event.
