We partnered with the incredible team at Red Element Studios to deploy a massive production footprint for the Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle’s “A Night of Joy & Impact” gala. Held at the stunning Seattle Convention Center - Summit, our joint goal was to deliver a flawless experience for a massive crowd.
Red Element brought us onto this project and produced all the stunning video content. AV Factory stepped in to supply the projection, lighting, and audio infrastructure.
The stage featured iconic performers like Grammy Award-winning Chaka Khan, comedian Josh Johnson, and the talented Tomeka Williams. With 90+ speakers throughout the event, the need for pristine audio clarity was absolute.
To give the room and performers a true studio-quality experience, here is what we deployed:

OUR AUDIO BLUEPRINT:
🔊THE MAINS: 48 of our brand-new RMS LA-28 line array speakers (for ultra-crisp "studio monitor" quality sound.)
🔊THE LOW END: 12 RMS-M218 double 18” subwoofers (to keep the bass chest-thumping and powerful.)
🔊THE FILL: Seamlessly rounded out with dedicated stage monitors and front fills.

💡 On the visual side, our resident designer Todd built custom lighting scenes from scratch. He created a truly immersive environment with dazzling stage and room effects that perfectly complemented Red Element's video elements.
