The Tree City Carvers annual Christmas Pot Luck Feast was held this past Tuesday Night. Part of the festivities was the Ornament exchange. Each participant that brought a bagged ornament was given a number. As each participants number was drawn that person would choose the bag of their choice and pick another number from the bowl.

REMINDER! Tuesday, December 16 starting at 6:00 is our annual Christmas Dinner. Meat will be provided, bring a side dish and/or dessert. Be there a few minutes early so we can be seated by 6:00. If you wish to participate in the ornament exchange, be sure to bring an ornament in a PLAIN paper bag.

It certainly was a pleasure having Bill Starcher and his wife Cheryl at our business meeting this past Tuesday night. Bill spoke of the pleasures in life being able to present so many programs to school children and other groups displaying many of his large rubber tire and utensil creations. John Linnen won the honors of presenting the Show and Tell portion of our meeting. Our next Carve-In will be next Tuesday night November 25 at 6:00. All carvers, pyrographers and wanna be's are invited to attend.

Ed Wiggins won the lottery and also the privilege of hosting the Show and Tell portion of our meeting last night (Tuesday). Our next Carve-In is next Wednesday September 24 at the Roy Smith shelter on Middlebury Rd in Kent, OH. The carving starts at 6:00 and all carvers and wannabe carvers are welcome to attend.

Congratulations to Bill Hemlick who won the honors of being our Show and Tell moderator at this past weeks membership meeting.
