These sweet seniors are still waiting for someone to give them a chance. Oz and Jade are a bonded pair, which means they need to stay together, and right now, they urgently need a foster or forever ASAP

🐾 Oz is a 10-year-old male
🐾 Jade is a 13-year-old female
❤️ Very sweet and friendly
🏡 House trained
💲 No adoption fee
🥣 Some food will be provided

They have each other… now they just need someone to help them stay safe together.

Tonight’s State Central Bank Adoptable Pet of the Week is a little different… and honestly, this one has our hearts in a chokehold. 💔

Keokuk Animal Services reached out because they are desperate to find a home for two very special senior dogs: Oz and Jade.

Oz is a 10-year-old male, and Jade is a 13-year-old female. They are sweet. They are friendly. They are house-trained. And most importantly, they are strongly bonded and need to stay together.

These two have spent their lives loving each other. They are not puppies bouncing off the walls. They are not asking for much. They just need a soft place to land, a warm home, and someone willing to give them the love and peace they deserve in this season of life.

There will be no adoption fee, and Keokuk Animal Services will even provide some food to help get them settled.

We know two senior dogs may sound like a lot at first. But what you’re really getting is two gentle souls who already know how to be someone’s companions. Two dogs who just want to be near each other, near their person, and safe.

Please, please help us share Oz and Jade. Somewhere out there is a home with a couch, a yard, a quiet corner, and a heart big enough for both of them.

They don’t need perfect.
They need together.
They need home.

Please contact Keokuk Animal Services if you can foster or adopt Oz and Jade. And even if you can’t, sharing this post could be the reason their person sees them. 🐾❤️
