Well, it’s that Christmas time of year, I get to share my Christmas songs with you. Here’s a brand new 2025 remaster of an old familiar song. I did a little Lyric Video, thanks to my buddy Tommy Snider. I really love this final remastered version by Texas own, John Sullivan. co-written with my writing partner since 1977, Tim James. On 37 Records…
I’m getting a little movement on my video for “George on Vinyl”, my last single. So I thought I’d help it out a little bit and share it with you guys in case some of you missed it. There’s 5000 of you on here and I’m sure all of you have not seen that video yet, so what’s stopping you? Ha ha! Co-write with me, Dickie Kaiser and Josh Flores! My friend and co-writer, Michael Peterson, will be reliving/performing his 90s hits in Alabama for an upcoming February show featuring the best of 90s country. You’re not gonna believe this lineup! A year before Covid took us down, we made a beautiful record coproduced by myself, Billy Yates and Michael Peterson where we cut four of his past Big hits along with some classics he was performing at that time in Branson Missouri. We tracked this in Nashville, I did most of the edits in San Pedro, California, i mixed back in Nashville, and we did the videos in Las Vegas, Nevada.(Ray Allaire) Great fun, great time, creative as heck… I loved it. This video has over 90,000 plus views and we never even got to get on the road with it. That shows the power of a quality singer and a quality song! I’m always so proud of this man who has proven time and time again what and who he is! Check out the song “From Here to Eternity”. https://youtu.be/Eqp_pzft_0Y?si=H4txP8KpxUdIxNos Steven McClintock Michael Peterson 90's Country Flashback Billy Yates Pat Melfi

I’ve got two songs I produced on the UK Hotdisc country charts. Proud to see Rob Wolf’s “Nova Scotia Bonfire Nights” go up three points to # 26 and also happy to see Dickie Kaiser’s “What Now?” stay solid at # 27 for 12 weeks in a row on the charts! Back to back, baby!

I have a little time on my hands today, so I thought I’d post a song I wrote years back, but did a rewrite with my friend Lenna Bauerly and created a perfect song …in our minds. 🙂
As you know, I’m a whimsical romantic, which is not always healthy for the heart or the pocketbook, but it does make for some good lyrics. Ha! This is called “Train to Paris”.
I hope you like it, share it, and I hope you’ll comment.
