If you are a contractor, property manager, realtor, restaurantuer, server, cook , hotel worker , musician, artist, craftsperson, bartender, charter boat captain/mate, scuba instructor, fishing guide, taxi/Uber driver, food delivery, vacation rental owner, retail owner/worker, stylist, caterer, barber etc. you make your bank during peak season.

If you live any place in the world worth visiting you’ll have to deal with it. It’s the price of living in Paradise.
