If you haven't heard of the Bartesian Cocktail Maker, you have to look into it! In today's video, I take a look at the Jungle Bird cocktail which is a tiki style beverage with notes of pineapple, citrus, and a hint of herbs. My girlfriend and I both really enjoy this one and I think I've bought 24 of the pods already. Mondays are always super busy for me, but I wanted to do a quick review of the Tropical Smoke hot sauce made by Swindle Sauce. I found it to be incredibly tasty with a very versatile flavor profile. The heat was mild enough that I feel as though just about anyone could enjoy it. I have a new microphone coming tomorrow and I know this video has some rough edges. I have forgotten had to do so much with my editing software, so I am trying to figure it all out. I expect the quality to improve each time I upload. Let me know your comments down below. Cheers!

Had to reupload my video, so I'm trying this again. While I have made a handful of videos over the last several years, I've mostly been MIA. Life has been hectic with work and the joys of homeownership, but after all this time, I feel like I'm ready to start making some content again. This video is mostly to provide an update on where I've been and what's to come with the channel as well as to test out my equipment and make sure I get a good picture with decent audio. I can tell I need a better microphone and some skills with audio editing, but that will work itself out soon. I spent some time today getting my camera setup with an external monitor so I can try to create crisp 4k videos. The autofocus on this Panasonic Lumix G95 isn't th3 best, but I think I have a solution to that. Did a trial run filming a review and I think I have a good action plan to correct some minor problems I found. Planning to film and release a hot sauce review before the coming weekend. If all goes well, I hope to also get a review of the Bartesian before Sunday is over. Stay tuned for more!

Wow, RIP to the Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne. Like so many, I have greatly enjoyed his style of music for decades. I'm glad he was able to finish his farewell tour before going to the great beyond.

Lots of great stuff growing this year and so far, out tomato plant has been the most fun to watch grown. ASide from jalapenos, I also have the following pepper plants growing: Mini Red Belle, Habanero, Datil, Aleppo, Blot, Death Spiral, Elephant Ears, Lesya, Mutant X, Red Peter, Yellow Peter, Tiger Jalapeño, and NuMex Big Jim. Providing all continues to grow well, I should finally get some YouTube videos films. Ready to get back to making vids again. If there are any types of videos you'd like to see from this channel, drop them in the chat. I wil start doing more arcade updates soon and maybe some videos about home ownership and what we are doing to improve our place.

Enjoying a rainy Sarturday night here in our little slice of Florida heaven. I broke out the old glass set and cracked open a Heineken to enjoy. Time to fo play some arcade games and pinball while enjoying some good music. Cheers to a good weekend for you all.
