Made a very tasty hot sauce that has just a touch of heat with a sweet tropical flavor. You can use this on just about anything. My sauce has datil peppers, Aleppo peppers, onion, garlic, carrot, mango, orange juice, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, smoked paprika, cumin and apple cider vinegar. Simple, but very tasty!

Today marked three years since my Dad passed away, so we visited his grave. I brought a water sprayer and a toothbrush so that I could thoroughly clean his headstone. After, I enjoyed his favorite beer (Natty Light) and said farewell for now. Still miss him so much. Cheers 🍻

Funny story. My Aleppo peppers grew significantly smaller than I expected, probably because I have to many plants in one spot. One of them ripened up and I cut a little piece to taste it (video coming soon). It was floral like a red bell pepper, but sweeter. Just a tiny touch of heat. Well, I went to the bathroom without washing my hands... now my pe**ee is on 🔥! Lesson to be learned? Just because the pepper isn't mind blowing spicy in the mouth doesnt mean it can't burn you up in other places. Always make sure you wash your hands very well when handling peppers of any kind!

I'll tell ya, the Cuisinart 3 in 1 Stuffed Burger Press is a lot of fun. The Best tasting burgers are made at home on a traditional grill with charcoal. This press lets you build massive 1/2 pound burgers stuffed with cheese and anything else you want. Due to the size, it's a little hars to eat, but it's SO good. Hope everyone is having a great week so far!
