In anticipation of this year's Ideathon recap, let's rewind to 2025 🎬

150 students. 24 hours. Lots of caffeine. Very little sleep.

Last year's challenge was put on by Simon G. Jewelry, a 45-year-old fine jewelry brand. Every year we're stunned by the genius, creativity, and sheer grit of these students! The ideas they come up with after ONE sleepless night are mind-blowing — everything from AI-powered ring finders to augmented reality try-on tech that lets shoppers see how a piece would look on them before ever touching it. With $30K on the line for the winning teams, the pressure was on.

We can't wait to show you what this year's group came up with. Recap dropping soon 👀

💕 Dave and Sheryl Williams 💍

Join us in wishing a HUGE Happy Anniversary to the two people without whom none of this would be possible. The two who took a RISK and turned their vision into a reality. The two who built this dynasty from the ground up (and my bosses)...
Dave and Sheryl!!

This past weekend Dave and Sheryl celebrated their 33-year wedding anniversary. THIRTY-THREE YEARS!

For a little bit of perspective, let's take a look at some of the major world events that have happened in the last 33 years 😆🥳💭:

19 years ago: The iPhone released
28 years ago: Google launched
31 years ago: Pizza Hut invented the Stuffed Crust Pizza
25 years ago: Shrek hit box offices nationwide
27 years ago: Britney Spears’ Debut Album "...Baby One More Time"
24 years ago: Crocs debuted (keeping men single to this day)
30 years ago: The USB port was invented
12 years ago: USB-C released (only took 20 years to get it right)
30 years ago: The Macarena dance craze hit its peak
29 years ago: Wi-Fi is born
25 years ago: A crazy guy with a camera and a dream drained his savings account and set the standard for what a wedding film can be in the city of Philadelphia

Happy Anniversary Dave & Sheryl. You are both truly outstanding parents, bosses, mentors, leaders, and pillars of your community. We would all be smart to strive for even a quarter of what you’ve accomplished—and what you continue to do day in and day out Through good times and bad. Through sickness and in health.

Mazel Tov! 💕✨🎉

Happy 10 Year Anniversary to Elisha + Elliot!! ⭐️

A decade ago today, Elisha & Elliot stood in front of their family, friends, and God—looked into each other's eyes—and dedicated the rest of their lives together.

Some moments call out for us to stop where we're at and see how far we've come. That's where CinemaCake comes in. Nothing brings us more pride than capturing a memory that will be shared for generations. The sights. The sounds. The emotions. Exactly the way you remember it. ✨

We are so proud to have played even the smallest part in your story!
Congratulations on a decade of love Elisha & Elliot! ⭐️🎉
