I have been in a downward spiral the last year and have been wondering where I should go from here. So bear with my lapse in post.

Not sure who my 2 best friends will be but here goes nothing. Because this means a lot to me personally. I'm going to make a bet, that out of my friends less than 4 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of Mental Health (PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health diagnoses) difficulties.

Sorry there has been a delay on working on this. Some personal things have risen, that I needed to work on.

Hopefully I can get going on this project. Thinking about adding my bike 🚲 riding adventures to this magazine.
