Coyote Canyon Boutique will no longer be offering custom apparel at this time due to some unforeseen personal circumstances. This was not an easy decision, but as life has shifted, it’s become increasingly difficult for me to maintain custom orders at the level of care and quality you all deserve.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support over the years. Your kindness has meant more to me than I can ever put into words.

While custom apparel is stepping back for now, I am so grateful for every order, every message, and every person who has supported this small business journey. Thank you for being part of it and for showing so much grace during this transition.

This is a formal notice that any continued harassment, targeted online attacks, spreading of false statements, or encouraging others to post defamatory content is unlawful and will not be tolerated.

Under Arizona law, Defamation (A.R.S. § 12-651) includes making false statements presented as fact that damage a person’s reputation or business. Likewise, Harassment (A.R.S. § 13-2921) prohibits repeated or intentional conduct intended to alarm, disturb, or harm another individual.

Please be advised that:
1. Publishing or encouraging false allegations, creating misleading narratives, or organizing others to leave fraudulent reviews constitutes actionable defamation.
2. Any attempt to interfere with my personal life, my family, or my business may be considered tortious interference, which carries additional civil consequences.
3. All messages, posts, comments, screenshots, and communications related to this matter are being documented and preserved as evidence.
4. If this behavior continues, I am prepared to pursue all available legal remedies, including—but not limited to—
• Filing a civil claim for damages,
• Seeking an injunction or restraining order,
• Reporting the conduct to law enforcement and relevant online platforms.

This is not a request.
This is a formal warning to immediately cease all defamatory statements, harassment, and coordinated online actions.

Failure to comply will result in further legal action without additional notice.

Encouraging online mobs, spreading false accusations, and inciting attacks is considered harassment and many states, including Arizona, have laws against this.

Unfortunately, we are aware of a coordinated attempt by an individual encouraging fake reviews against my business. This violates platform policy, and it has been fully documented and reported.

Coyote Canyon Boutique remains committed to serving our community with honesty and respect. But I also want to be real for a moment… this situation has been exhausting. It honestly makes me not even want to continue my business at times. It’s ridiculous that small businesses have to deal with this kind of targeted harassment just because someone decides to be hateful.

What this person is doing is illegal, and I’m taking the proper steps to protect myself and my business. I just want to move forward with my life and focus on my family, my customers, and my community not on people who choose to act like criminals online.

🚨 First time trying Facebook ads… and lesson learned 😤

I decided to try boosting my business with an ad to get more messages and hopefully reach some new customers. I set a small budget — and ended up paying for scam messages.

This isn’t cool. Small businesses like mine put real time, money, and heart into what we do. Getting fake or spam responses instead of real customers is just discouraging.

Meta really needs to do better protecting small business owners from this kind of thing.
