An easy DIY project to add pops of color and florals around are painted glass vases. Even better if you use recycled jars. Get creative and layer colors or just keep them simple. These would also make for great handmade gifts for a neighbor or friend who needs a little brightness added to their day.

This second grand blessing has got me thinking about trying some new nursery announcements out. I ordered some gorgeous acrylic today from Houston Acrylics I’m going to test out. Cant wait to show you the beautiful colors coming!!

⚓️ Self reflecting a lot lately, especially seeing all of my photo memories.

The OG wooden submarine. Est in 2013. Still my all time fav thing to make. All because I couldn’t find any decor that was farmhouse navy. It’s gone through a few changes over the years, but will forever remain what it is. Always painted in Annie Sloan Chalkpaint, waxed/sealed, and embellished with a twine knot.

I’ve known for many years others would attempt to knock it off. So I’ve now started to engrave the back with a special logo so you can rest assure it’s an original.

Over the years graduating from scroll saw, to cnc, to my very 1st laser-A Glowforge! It was making this sign with my daughter’s name that sparked a fire.

Fear often held me back due to my insecurities, until I realized those feelings allowed me to grow in so many ways. As we are ending the weekend and heading into a new week- I hope you take a moment to reflect and do something bold, because you never know what may come of it. 🦋

So I sent off one of his uniforms to a fellow Airforce spouse I met online and she transformed it into these little rattle dolls/bears. I sold them off to others and kept a few for myself.

My Story

In 2013, while my husband was stationed in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii I found myself admiring so many fellow artist around me. I started making things for myself, and then others began asking for custom items. I fell in love with bringing someone else's idea to life. I expanded my skills once I discovered a simple tool called the scroll saw. That first cut I was hooked. Through out the years I have been blessed to make so many things for other people. While in the midst of boredom I found my passion. As a submariners wife I am proud to offer an array of signs and home decor that are tasteful and reflect a reclaimed/farmhouse vibe. No challenge is to small, so if you have an idea please feel free to ask. I will always try my best to accommodate your request.
