Adult Literacy Week Proclamation

Tuesday, September 16th 11am–12pm

Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger and Mayor Steve Noble will issue a proclamation declaring September 16–22 as Adult Literacy Week. The event highlights the costs of illiteracy and kicks off a week of fundraising for the Ulster Literacy Association. Free and open to all.
