Starting Monday on the right foot with a protein rich lunch. Taco seasoned ground beef, cubed sweet potatoes 🍠, cottage cheese 🫕 and half of an avocado 🥑!

It’s never too late to change your eating habits- trust me, the younger me would have never! lol

🧑‍🎓 Recently Shaquille O'Neal graduated LSU with his master’s (I think it’s his third) and also gave their commencement speech - in that speech he stated 2 things that I believe in wholeheartedly:

1️⃣ Never stop learning

2️⃣ Your character will take you further than your resume

I cannot tell you how excited 😊 I was to hear this in his speech! In all of my years of interviewing and hiring personnel- there are 2 things I say each and every time…

1️⃣ My goal as your leader is to guide you to learn all you can in your time here. You never know what life will throw your way- if you ever have to leave here, my goal is for you to leave with more knowledge & skill than when you started. If the time comes and you must move on, I want your updated resume to shine with experience you learned here

2️⃣ We can teach you a skill- we can’t teach an attitude! Your character will ALWAYS speak volumes!
