Yesterday Lenoir County 4-H spent the day giving back in a big way! Our team of Junior Leadership Lenoir kids baked nearly 290 fresh cookies 🍪 to share with residents at the local Veterans Home and assisted living communities in Lenoir County.

Earlier that day, we also hopped on The Best Better Podcast to talk about the importance of community service and why showing up for others matters now—and in the future.

To top it all off, our local 4-H youth came together to decorate cookie packages and write heartfelt Christmas letters for everyone receiving them. Every cookie was packed with love, gratitude, and holiday cheer.

This season reminds us that the smallest acts of kindness can make the biggest impact. From our 4-H family to yours, we wish everyone a warm, joyful, and service-filled holiday season 🎄✨
