Do you remember Mickey’s Toontown Fair before it became Storybook Circus? 🎪✨

Long before Storybook Circus existed, this corner of Magic Kingdom was Mickey’s Birthdayland, opened in 1988 to celebrate Mickey’s 60th birthday. However it was only ever meant to be a temporary attraction! 🥳

The land kept evolving over the years, becoming Mickey’s Starland in 1990, briefly Mickey’s Toyland for one Christmas in 1995, before a full refurbishment turned it into the Mickey’s Toontown Fair most of us remember, reopening in 1996 for the park’s 25th anniversary with Mickey and Minnie’s Country Houses, Donald’s Boat, and The Barnstormer roller coaster. 🐭

For years it held most of Magic Kingdom’s character greetings, including the original princess meet and greets. It finally closed in February 2011 to make way for the New Fantasyland expansion, with the Barnstormer surviving as The Great Goofini and Dumbo getting rebuilt into the double capacity ride you’ll find in Storybook Circus today.

BREAKING: Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift officially opens on Sept. 16! 🏎️✨

After years of construction and a soft opening back in July, Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift finally has its official opening date at Universal Studios Hollywood!

The high-speed coaster hits up to 72 mph, making it the fastest ride in Universal history, with 360-degree rotating cars themed after Dom’s Dodge Charger, a Mazda RX-7, a Nissan Skyline GT-R, and a Toyota Supra!

The WDW Railroad is closing in Magic Kingdom for routine refurbishment starting September 28th, with a reopening set for November.
